The second tutorial/assignment has been posted. Please review it before the tutorial so we can use the tutorial session to make progress through it.

So the class today, 18 Sept, was really interesting. When trying to explain DCFIRR I got all/most of you really confused. A few of you have already emailed me how you interpret this % rate. If you don't mind, I'm going to use your explanations in the next class. Others are welcome to email me the way you do (or don't) understand it. This will be a good way for you to get a deeper understanding, other than from just looking at the notes.
