What could the university do to increase reliability? Be more specific than just saying: "add a backup connection". 28 Nov: the graded tutorial on Monday is time-critical; similar to last week, you will start and end your tutorial in the allocated time. Please arrive at the tutorial early/on-time; you must attend the tutorial to avoid letting down the other two members in your triad.
