- The second tutorial/assignment has been posted. Please review it before the tutorial so we can use the tutorial session to make progress through it.
- So the class today, 18 Sept, was really interesting. When trying to explain DCFIRR I got all/most of you really confused. A few of you have already emailed me your take on this % rate. If you don't mind, I'm going to use your explanations in the next class. Others are welcome to email me the way you do (or don't) understand it. This will be a good way for you to get a deeper understanding, other than from just looking at the notes.
