There will be class all week on 13, 15 and 16 November to cover the final topics: operability and process troubleshooting.

We will start with process troubleshooting on Thursday and finish on Friday. It is extremely important that you collect a binder from me in class on Thursday or Friday at class. If you fail to collect this binder before the weekend, then the troubleshooting exercise on Monday will be a failure. This binder will contain a troubleshooting exercise that you must read before the tutorial on Monday.
